Upon acquiring the business in 2018, CBX tapped me to develop the initial messaging strategy to guide the overall content creation process for Bromley’s.
Voice + Tone Guidelines
To solidify our vision for Bromley’s expression, I worked with the account’s designer to assemble a brand voice and persona guide, which outlines key voice attributes and directives for the brand’s uniquely punchy (and often punny) expression.
Voice Implementation + Evergreen Social Content
Over a 5-year period, I generated weekly content calendars that aligned to our overall strategy. Beyond writing copy, I provided concept descriptions for visuals and worked in close partnership with the larger creative team to bring them to life.
